This study examines the effect of product quality, service quality, and application ease of use on purchasing decisions for the Aksesmu application, a business-to-business digital ordering platform developed by PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari for grocery stores and food-service outlets in the Sumbagsel (South Sumatra) region of Indonesia. Using a quantitative, explanatory research design, primary data were collected from 98 respondents selected through purposive sampling and analysed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS. The results show that, partially, product quality (t = 2.192; sig. = 0.047), service quality (t = 2.712; sig. = 0.043), and application ease of use (t = 3.185; sig. = 0.006) each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect purchasing decisions (F = 22.846; sig. < 0.001), jointly explaining 42.2% of its variance (R² = 0.422), while the remaining 57.8% is explained by factors outside the model. Application ease of use emerged as the most dominant predictor. These findings suggest that PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari should prioritise improving the usability of the Aksesmu application, alongside sustained investment in product and service quality, in order to strengthen customers' purchasing decisions.
